Differentiation / How to Identify: Tools are often interactive or downloadable resources (e.g., calculators, templates) intended to be used directly in practice.

Definition: Pre-formulated communication content intended to convey specific information or promote particular actions.

Differentiation / How to Identify: Messaging is typically concise and targeted, such as key messages, talking points, or social media content.

Case Study

Definition: A detailed analysis of a particular instance, event, or organization used to illustrate principles or outcomes.

Differentiation / How to Identify: Case studies focus on real-world examples and provide insights through detailed narrative and analysis.

Handbook

Definition: A comprehensive guide that provides general information, guidelines, or best practices on a particular topic.

News Article
