Resource Types

  • A detailed analysis of a particular instance, event, or organization used to illustrate principles or outcomes. Case studies focus on real-world examples and provide insights through detailed narrative and analysis.

  • A comprehensive guide that provides general information, guidelines, or best practices on a particular topic. Handbooks are broad, often covering a wide range of related topics and serving as ongoing references for users.

  • Pre-formulated communication content intended to convey specific information or promote particular actions. Messaging is typically concise and targeted, such as key messages, talking points, or social media content.

  • A written report on recent events or developments, typically focused on delivering current information to a general audience. News articles are time-sensitive, often focusing on recent developments, trends, or breaking news, with a journalistic style.

  • A digital or physical space where tools, resources, or services are hosted and accessed by users. Platforms are identified as aggregators or providers of multiple resources, often offering interactivity or user engagement.

  • A narrative that highlights the successful implementation or outcomes of a project, initiative, or strategy. Success stories focus on positive outcomes, often emphasizing the impact, key factors, and lessons learned from a specific case.

  • An in-depth analysis and evaluation of technical information, often focused on specific methodologies, processes, or innovations. Technical reviews are detailed and technical, often including evaluations, critiques, or comparisons of technical methods or data.

  • Resources or instruments designed to aid in the performance of specific tasks or processes. Tools are often interactive or downloadable resources (e.g., calculators, templates) intended to be used directly in practice.

  • A structured set of learning materials or activities designed to teach specific skills or knowledge. Training modules are educational, often interactive, and typically organized in a step-by-step format to facilitate learning.
